# Verkoopfacturen

**U moet facturen versturen**. Die kunnen in pdf-formaat zijn, via een API-koppeling binnenkomen of door u handmatig worden aangemaakt. Op dit moment zijn het gewoon documenten die in uw systeem staan.

**Fitek zorgt ervoor dat ze elektronisch worden verwerkt**. Wij helpen u ze op één plek op te slaan, controleren of ze kloppen en versturen ze als volwaardige e-facturen die de boekhoudsystemen van uw klanten automatisch kunnen lezen.

**Geen handmatige verzending meer.** In plaats van pdf’s te e-mailen of te hopen dat klanten ze ontvangen hebben, regelt Fitek de verzending en houdt het u op de hoogte van de status.

### Wat u kunt doen

* **Maak facturen handmatig aan** in Fitek (als u er maar een paar hebt)
* **Importeer facturen als pdf-bestanden** (stuur ze per e-mail naar een mailbox, wij digitaliseren ze)
* **Facturen importeren via API**
* **Stuur ze als e-facturen** naar uw klanten via Peppol en andere netwerken
* **Houd bij wat er is geleverd** en los problemen op **als** er **iets misgaat**
