# Basic navigation

Whether You're rushing to approve an invoice on Your phone between meetings or settling in for a detailed review session at your desk, Fitek's navigation is designed to keep up with how you actually work. We've built the system so You can move seamlessly between tasks without losing your train of thought or wondering where to click next.

### **Navigation that matches Your workflow:**

**Move through documents like flipping pages.** When You're reviewing invoices or purchase orders, simply swipe left or right to go to the next document. No need to go back to lists or reload pages - just keep the momentum going as You approve, reject, or review each item.

### **Find what You need, fast - Invoice register**

\
The search functionality works the way You think. Looking for that invoice from last month? Search by supplier name, invoice number, amount, or any detail You remember. Apply filters to narrow things down, and click any result to jump straight into the detailed view.<br>

### **Your settings, Your way**

\
Customize how Fitek works for You - from notification preferences to security settings. Change languages, check app versions, or adjust anything else to make the system feel like Yours.

**Admin controls where they belong.** For Administrators, company-wide settings are accessible through the left panel menu. Manage general company information, set invoice confirmation options, and configure system-wide preferences all in one logical place.

**Always know where You are.** The dashboard is Your home base - access it anytime through the main menu or by clicking the Fitek logo. It's where you get Your overview and where notifications bring You back to what needs attention.
